AND GAIN EXPERIENCE WITH SAILORS WITHOUT BORDERS TEAM!
To be able to organise help quickly and as well as possible we are often creating small but well organised teams of volunteers, which are trained in their tasks, such as: sailing, first aid, child care, communication and coordination, etc. Our goal is to give people tasks they are good at. It takes time to decide what to give to whom, but overall that way of organising teams it makes them better, stronger and more efficient. That’s why we ask volunteers not only for their basic information but also about their hobbies, abilities and general strengths and weaknesses.
